Sales Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator position serves as an important member of the Consumer Products team, by providing organization, support, and execution of sales related activities for Sales Managers, Account Managers, and customers. 1-2 years of previous customer service experience.

Position located in Des, Plaines IL.

DUTIES:

  • Communicate effectively with sales managers, account managers and customers to maintain and strengthen relationships as well as build new relationships
  • Coordinate the development and communication of product update information, including new products and obsolete product notifications
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and customer segmaents in order to best service customer inquiries
  • Gain clear understanding of navigating and using customer online portals for customers such as Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods and, Walmart.com.
  • Execute item set-up for select customers in online portal
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance, generating reports, viewing order detail and forecasting inventory
  • Complete customer specific forms for new product set -ups for retail and ECOM/dropship accounts
  • Provide sales related support for high profile national and regional key accounts
  • Key Account and Sales Channel analysis
  • Prepare and present monthly, weekly and daily sales reports to management as required
  • Generate sales reports and review data to make business suggestions and decisions including recommended product changes, additions and deletions

  • SAP and Customer Portal experience highly desired
