Plant Supervisor

The Plant Supervisor will oversee all daily Plant operations including Manufacturing and Customer Service to ensure policies and procedures are followed.  The critical metrics of the position revolve around Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Position is based in Union City, California. 


  • Enforce Plant Safety procedures
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, and Run day-to-day operations to exceed our Customers’ expectations
  • Be responsible for Production Output, Product Quality, and On-Time Delivery
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
  • Allocate resources effectively
  • Follow Systems and Processes that track productivity and standards to ensure highest SPR scores
  • Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
  • Manage a small facility with less than 10 employees
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff
  • Up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts


  • Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or Supervisor
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
  • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory processes
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Computer literacy, MS Office, SAP preferred
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
  • Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Knowledge of Spanish Language highly desirable
  • BS Degree in Business or related field
